Capra is the genus of the ibex, the wild mountain goat that climbs sheer rock nothing else will. No ropes, no fuss. It's just built for the terrain. That's the standard we hold: calm, exacting, and reliable exactly where the ground is hardest.

Dayton Murset founded Capra Summit to keep strategy and execution in the same hands. His background spans business, engineering, and analytics, so thinking and building stay in the same room.

He holds a Master's in Business Analytics from the University of Utah and a degree in Economics, with a minor in Business, from BYU. He's worked across every part of an enterprise as the translator between the people who set strategy and the people who build it.
